Cindy To is an author-illustrator and teaching artist based in the Midwest. She completed her BFA in illustration at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.Cindy's favorite mediums to use are watercolor and digital media. She specializes in picture book covers, interior spreads, backgrounds, and character design. Cindy is passionate about creating inclusive picture books that uplift children and encourage them to stay true to themselves. As a teaching artist, Cindy finds importance in connecting with her community and helping students express themselves freely and creatively.
